Anna Maria II
Most of our time on Anna Maria takes place at the beach. Every day, for several hours, you can find the Trusty Tribe camped out on the north end of the island. I pack a cooler, insane amounts of sunblock and beach toys. The children dig, collect shells, and swim. When they get tired, they snack before heading back out to the water. I drag my camera out just one day at the beach and spend just a handful of minutes photographing them. The truth is, I want to play in the water with the kiddos and not babysit my camera or worry about it with the sand. I love what I do capture -- unposed and natural.
