The Children's Museum: China's Terra Cotta Warriors

Kristina1 Comment

How could we resist a visit to The Indianapolis Children's Museum with an exhibit as cool as this?  China's Terra Cotta Warriors from Shannaxi Province are currently on display along with several tomb artifacts, hands on learning experiences and so much more.  Just being there made my heart ache for China, her beauty and deeply rooted traditions.  Until we make our way back across the sea, this will have to suffice.  It's worth a visit..trust me!

Each Warrior Has A Unique Face...And Kate Has A Unique Way Of Saying Hello!

Apparently Jack Thought This Replica Was The Perfect Place to Take a Rest.

The Kids Were More Than Happy To Visit The Hands On Play Area That Included Using Recipe Cards To Create An Authentic Chinese Meal.  They "Served" Daddy And I In The Restaurant.

After The China Exhibit, We Made Our Way To A Few Other Museum Favorites:  The Construction Zone.

And We Finished With The Carousel: 3 Rides To Be Exact!
